Sustainability
Brass that lasts. Energy that counts.
A safety part should not cost the earth. We manage our environmental impact and energy use under certified systems — and build valves to last the life of the cylinder.

01
ISO 14001:2015
Environmental management
Our plant runs a certified environmental management system: how we use materials, handle waste and control emissions — independently audited.
02
ISO 50001:2018
Energy management
Energy use is measured, targeted and reviewed under a certified energy management system, across forging, machining and testing.
03
Recyclable brass
Brass, kept in the loop
Brass can be recycled again and again without losing its properties. Machining turnings and offcuts are collected and sent back to be remelted into new brass.
04
Built to last
Longer life, less waste
A valve that lasts the life of the cylinder means fewer replacements — less brass, less energy and less waste across the supply chain.
05
Verified material
Right alloy, first time
Every brass lot is checked on our spectrometer against EN 12164 / 12165 before production, so nothing is wasted on the wrong material.
06
REACH
Responsible materials
Our products comply with EU REACH, controlling substances of concern in every material and component we use.
